Accuracy is so important when creating perfect wood furniture. Centering dowel joints is easy using the Wolfcraft dowel centre set. Drill holes in one piece of wood sized to match your dowels. Place cut-to-size dowels in the holes. Slip the right size dowel centre over the end of each dowel. Now line up the mating piece of wood and press down to make an indentation. The only thing left to do is drill matching holes on those marks. The result? A perfectly aligned joint. Use the cup-side of the centre set for centering tenons.
